BabyAwake Terms of Use

Last updated: 27 October 2026

The service

BabyAwake lets you record and review your baby's kicks during pregnancy and wake-ups after birth, optionally synced across devices with an account. The free tier covers in-app recording and the most recent 31 days of history; BabyAwake Premium (an auto-renewing monthly subscription purchased through Apple) unlocks full history, Siri and Action Button capture, widgets, and the Apple Watch app.

Subscriptions

Premium renews monthly until cancelled in your Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID; refunds are handled by Apple. Your data is never deleted when a subscription ends — older entries simply unlock again if you resubscribe.

Not medical advice

BabyAwake is a tracking aid. It is not a medical device, provides no diagnosis or medical advice, and must never delay you from seeking care. If you notice reduced movement or anything concerning, contact your midwife or doctor immediately.

Your data

Your entries are yours. You can export them as JSON and delete your account (and all synced data) at any time in the app. See the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use & liability

Don't abuse the service (e.g., attempts to breach security or disrupt other users). The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be shown in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
